Nerys Wadham

Style Dynamics was founded by Nerys Wadham in 2006, building on a breadth and depth of experience in communication and leadership development domains, in consulting (8 years) and in industry (12 years). The service offers a combined expertise across Talent & Culture, Brand & Reputation, with capacity leveraged according to requirements through connecting, convening and partnering skills.  She served at Novartis Pharma in Corporate Executive Group roles from 1998 to 2006: As Global Head of Diversity Pharma (2004-2006), on the CEO staff serving Executive Committee decision making (2001-2003), and as Global Head of Pharma Communications (1996-2001). She pioneered and led several culture and change initiatives, across a range of corporate development phases, from megamerger integration to steady state to fastest growing big pharma.

She joined Novartis predecessor company Ciba in 1994 from a consulting background in financial communication and investor relations (1985-1993), first with Charles Barker Georgeson, later with Citigate Dewe Rogerson.  Her first role in professional life was with the BBC film unit (documentary and educational program teams).

Nerys holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne and undertook further executive education programs at Harvard Business School and at INSEAD (Clinical Organizational Psychology, focused on Culture and Governance, awarded cum laude). She also has significant direct experience of executive coaching programs and processes.

Accessible and proactive, she combines humility with resolve. Her interests include the arts, the mountains, and biographies (life often being stranger than fiction).
